anyone running an FD on E6X?

I copied my set up from the K2RD site and it didn't work. so i'm kinda looking for a map to steal the ignition and triggers set up from.

IMAGINE THAT, I found a map in the sticky....
the only thing i find different is the tooth offset, and spark mode set to distributor?

Also for LS1 coils, what should the constant period (ms) be?

Spark mode for the FD will be wastespark.

The LS1 coils like a lot of charge time. 5+ ms.

My E6X only has 3 options for spark mode: Dizzy, direct spark, and twin Dizzies.
I have 2 coils wired off Ignition #1 for the leading plugs, Ignition #2 is for Trailing 1, and Ignition #3 is wired to trailing 2. and it worked on my old motor.

ok coil time makes sense.

I just fallowed the "ins and outs of haltech installation" from claudio. everything is right up to where i lock of timing to -5 degrees and check the pulley marks with a timing light. the problem i'm having is that the mark is never in the same place twice.

My bad. On an E6X direct fire with a rotary is actually wastespark on the leading. The E8/11, PS1/2k give you the option of wastespark or true direct fire. So that is the correct option you will choose for use with the LS1 coils is Direct Fire. L1 and L2 will both be triggered off of Ign 1.

ok so I realized that when I was playing with the timing light earlier that the sensor may have been a little close to the leading wire. so i was picking up the leading spark then the trailing spark and then the waste spark. which is y i thought my timing was all over the place. i disabled the leading coil and check timing again, finally i was able to get the timing right at a timing angle of 65 and a tooth offset of 11. don't ask me how i managed that cuz i couldn't tell ya. Also i found out the hard way that when u change the setup pages you have to reset the ECU. yeah that sucked. but anyhow after much labor from the starter i was able to get the car to run on it's own at 500rpm for a couple seconds which has been the highlight of the car so far. I think i might need some new plugs even though the set of 9's i have still look mint. other then that i'm out of ideas.

update. the car runs... but it won't start. odd i know.
I think i may have wrecked my start after all the cranking i've done today. but yes i had the car running. after cranking and cranking is just kinda clicked and rev'd up to my surprise. runs rough but revs freely and is close to idling, but then it stalled and i couldn't get it going again. so i don't know what i've done right or wrong but i'm about to give up. i just can't figure it out.

YEAH!, it runs!!!! it couldn't get my laptop to stay connected to the ECU, so i couldn't get it to idle turns out my serial\usb cable fell apart.
anyhow i drove it around the block and remembered that i still haven't fixed the brakes.
thanks claudio for the fuel map!
