1000's on Primaries?..or 725's?

My S5 TII engine has the Haltech Ps1000.
The Old turbo setup was a S5 Stage 3 BNR with 750/1000's and a 3 inch exhaust.
The NEW setup will entail a Garret T04S,HKS manifold,3 inch down and some ID1000's on Primaries, and a set of ID2000's on Secondaries.(all purchased).
Am I wrong to try to run 1000's as primaries on this setup?,or should I go with a lower CC injector like the ID725??
Thanks guys,,Cheers Dave/STYX.

Nothing wrong with using the id1000 for primaries in my opinion. I'll be using Id2000 for primaries with my setup I'm putting together but I'll also be needing 30% more fuel since I'll be running e85.

You're fine with the 1000s.
