I received mine. I had to sand parts of the cover to make it flip closed properly, in addition to drilling out the hole that others have discussed. I think I was expecting better fit and finish from a $100 plastic lid, but still thank you for making these - glad to have my broken one replaced

Issues in regards to the hole- This just came across to me when someone at DGRR had the same issue and said the lid did not fit (first time ive seen it) When you guys are saying you have to drill the hole, are you talking about enlarging it or or drilling it deeper?
In regards to the comments from the first batch- I interpreted that the hole was not deep enough- so i drilled them slightly deeper in the 2nd batch. (although for the map pocket i was testing it on, it had plenty of depth)
Now after that issue at DGRR, it came to my attention that for the stock lid, there is actually a plastic bushing that is inserted into the map lid (if you do a side by side comparison the stock lid hole is bigger.
Stock left- ours right (before being drilled out)
and this is what your map pocket should look like:
IF it does not, that means there is a bushing still left on the "hinge" all you need to do is simply rotate it gently with pliers and it should slip off.
For those who have drilled our lid, can you please confirm which reason you drilled it for?
Thank you for the feedback.
