Whoa! I have not been on the the forums for a while and just came across this! Let me just clear the air a bit! I will admit I do not frequent the forums/our facebook page very often (I am still a one man shop) and the BEST way to get a hold of me is through email that I check daily. Sales@BubbleTech.us
Natey, first off I'd like to apologize on your unpleasant experience. Do you remember how you were contacting us? I want to check my history and back track the situation so I can improve in the future.
I appreciate you clearing the air and you don't need to feel bad for snapping, its completely understandable. To be honest, I vaguely remember this incident but a paypal claim does ring a bell. As it was stated that batch was a nightmare as a good amount of orders had "finishing" issues and a few had to be refinished multiple times after I could resend them which caused a longer than expected delay. I am glad you are satisfied with the map lid!
We have the molds ready and we can typically get one out within a week from the date of purchase!

I've neglected the site for too long and been having commitment issues investing and stocking items so it has been made to order basis for a while now. For 2019 to solve a lot of those issues I've been investing to have products stocked and ready to ship to free up time and prevent back orders and stress

The site is wrong. Embarrassingly enough, that's actually from last year. Please don't pay attention to the site, we'll be wiping it clean and polishing it up since I've neglected it for way too long. We've got quiet a few products nearing completion that we will be adding to the new site!

I got my lid today. It was packed well and the finish looks great. I still never heard back from Bubbletech, but I'm going to stop the Paypal dispute since I got my part.
The part seems to be really nice, the communication and wait, not so much.
Part of me feels bad for snapping in public like this, but the other part looks back at the last couple years of getting ripped off with this car and I'm just glad to have my part.
