I think it’ll be worth the wait guys. He should make an announcement to the group buy and keep you guys in the loop out of respect and dignity. Just keep your cool. I’ve felt like this myself before but in the end, all frustrations get erased with joy and happiness. Let’s stay positive.

Mine would be worth it but it came dented. Not just cosmetically, but at the flange so the pipes won't seal.
They said I could return it and gave me options. I have no issue returning it and then sending me another. But I told them which option (I send it back and they send me it repaired or a new one). They haven't written back since, over a month ago.
I know they have email, they just won't respond for some reason.

Hey guys!
Just wanted to start out with an apology to everyone for our absence from the forums. At one time, the forums were the ONLY thing that needed to be monitored. But today it’s Facbook Posts/Comments, Facebook Messages (via the business), personal Facebook Messages, Instagram Post/Comments, Instagram DMs, Text Messages, Phone Calls, Emails - oh! - and actually fulfilling orders, reordering parts and developing new stuff.
I also wanted to apologize directly to Collin as he (and everyone) has been incredibly patient through this entire project.
As for this specific issue with Collin - we don’t currently have any 3.0in exhausts ready to ship. We made the batch of 3.0s and shipped them (one of which got damaged), but by that time we were in production on the 3.5in exhausts. Luckily, THOSE all got shipped with no casualties and we are now back to 3.0s - of which Collins is being welded.
Once that is ready, we will swap it out at no charge. We will also do our best to fix the damaged exhaust (most likely weld on a new tip and round the slip fit) and sell it scratch and dent.
When will all this happen? I don’t know. We’re probably another couple weeks out from wrapping up production on the 3.0s, then some time for shipping. With any luck, it should be shipped before July. We are ALSO bringing in some inventory so we’ll have these on hand for immediate shipping.
As for moving forward - we are no longer going to do any pre-orders and keep back orders to an absolute minimum (and really, use them for just custom ordered items). We’re also going to cut the options on the exhaust tip to Dolphin Tail or Special Order. Nothing else will be stocked.
I should also say - this policy of no pre-orders will guide us forward as well. We will make products, introduce them, sell them and restock as needed. If they sell out, they sell out. When they restock, they will be available again and we will make some sort of announcement - most likely on IG/FB.
We also have a new ticketing system that’s *supposed* to collate all our ‘channels’ (FB, IG, forum posts, order communications, emails, etc, etc) into a central system. It’s been a bit of a bear to setup - but hopefully this will eliminate any communication breakdowns. Those frankly, are on us - and by us, I mean “me”.
Garage Alpha started as a hobby - and in many ways it still is. But our growth and ambition (really, just making more things we wanted for our cars) has pushed this to a point where we need employee(s) and need to start looking at things as a business-business, rather than a hobby that got out of control (which, as any car owner knows... is EXACTLY what happens with any project).
We have a lot of cool stuff on the way. We just released a few things this past week and have another couple cool things that are 90% of the way there that will be released shortly. I know this delay has probably given some of you guys a bad impression - but I hope you guys hang around. We’re doing this for the love. Nothing less, nothing more.
Collin - you have an email in your box from yesterday.

Hey, just wanted to post up this video that includes my FD with the garage alpha exhaust. Car also has downpipe, and high flow cat. There are some good clips of the exhaust sound throughout the feature.

They seems to be favoring the high revving 4 bangers, you can tell from their reaction that's their thing. I totally forgot parallel twins is a thing, because that topic hasn't come up in ages. He really need to drive a well sorted sequential twin FD, the "weird" transition is more fun than the VTEC at 6k
About the Garage Alpha exhaust tho, that seems very quiet compare to my Ganador Ti. Would be interested to test out my recently sourced FEED Sonic Ti to see which one is more quiet.

They emailed me about 2 months ago saying they were finally ready to send me a return shipping label and send me a non-broken one.
Then crickets.... I emailed them again this morning. This is pretty ridiculous. They make a lot of good stuff so I try to give the benefit of the doubt. Only so much waiting someone can do when you've paid 100% up front.

What annoys me the most is that this was a clear shipping issue. They could have just used shipping insurance and sent me a refund immediately. Instead they string it along saying I can return it and they'll send a new one. That was a good solution months ago, not 4-6 months later.

So today I see an email with a return label. No context about what I can expect next.
Am I really expected to send this thing back without getting my money back or a replacement first? Or at a minimum, a commitment from Garage Alpha stating when I will receive it by (which to be honest isn't even trust worthy at this point).
Maybe I should just notify my credit card company at this point, but unfortunately a long period of time has passed, so that may not even work.

Has anyone heard anything about the delays for their exhausts? I ordered mine back in March but for the past few months I haven't gotten a reply to any of my emails regarding my order. I wanted to request a refund since this is taking far too long to make it worth the money. It also seems odd that the garage alpha website doesn't have a contact number to get in contact with anybody. Of anyone has any information on this matter it would be greatly appreciated.

Remember when it took them months and months to send me a titanium key that I bought, and when I complained about it here everyone jumped down my throat, telling me to be patient and STFU?
I do, and good luck to anyone waiting for customer service.
On that note, anyone wanna buy a key? I never had it cut, but there's no way the super hard titanium will dull the super soft key cylinder and ruin your locks and ignition.
