I feel sick about that nic though.

You probably could grind it down or even gently dremel or sand it. I know we wrap the tips pretty well with foam and the packing material should be up to par... but I guess stuff happens.

PM me before your next order and I’ll be sure to figure out something for you.
Thank you! It was very well packaged when I received it so not sure at what point it would have happened. I'm sure I'll be hitting you up for future goodies!

Would it be possible to get a polished non burnt tip? Also is the 3.5in in and out of the muffler? Thanks!

Yes and Yes.

Just note the non-burnt / polished tip in the checkout notes.

Exhaust Sound Clips

Hello all.

I made a few sound clips of the exhaust and posted a video on YouTube. I hope this video is helpful for those who are on the fence. So far I am very pleased with it. Nice throaty tone. My car has a downpipe and stock cat, so it’s pretty close to a stock set up. It’s also a beautiful looking system!

After many months, mine showed up last week.

Unfortunately dented on both the tip and the slip for piece where the two pieces connect together. Obviously happened during shipping.

Have sent detailed pictures of the exhaust and packaging to Garage Alpha, followed up several times with no response yet.

Strange they haven't responded here recently, hopefully maybe just out on vacation and will help fix the issue when they see it.

I would normally just fix it myself, but i don't have a way to fix the slip fit portion without banging it with a hammer and hoping it seals properly and also doesn't crack over time due to being bent back and forth.

I wouldn’t worry. I know Matt will make it right for you. I returned something myself once and it was a breeze.

A couple clips from when i first installed it. First start and giving it a few revs. This is a completely stock car aside from the exhaust

I've been trying to get ahold of garage alpha for a few weeks now for an order I put in for other parts 6 weeks ago. Part of my order showed up, I was told the rest would ship at the end of March, but now nothing, no replies, nada. I've always had good experiences but the lack of any reply at all has lost that trust.

Let me amend this to say that there was a response from GA through paypal, and it is satisfactory, Paypal didn't send any notification to the response.

I actually talked to them via email awhile ago. They sounded like they were overwhelmed by blackfriday sales. Did you try to email them?

Of course, it was the lack of response after telling me the parts would ship by the last week of March that prompted it to be a request for a refund for the missing parts after two weeks of no email, and then no response to a follow up email that resulted in the concerns. They did refund me on the 14th, but it was through an e-check, and paypal for whatever reason doesn't notify either party that the refund is complete until the funds clear bank accounts. I'm clear on where things stand now. I'm just waiting on the refund to go through. That wasn't really the outcome I wanted, would much rather have the parts I ordered, or at least kept in the loop on why they couldn't ship them out.

I talked to -M on 4/6/2021 via email.

"We're currently catching up on backorders - some dating back to our Black Friday sale (!!!)."

I am pretty sure they are "oh ****, people are mad that it is taking forever to get exhaust is taking forever" type of stuff.
It probably isn't good idea to avoid problem but sometimes business does that and again they shouldn't.

Well I find it odd. The day I posted on here about receiving mine dented, I got an almost immediate response. Options include refund, sending it back for replacement, or partial refund for fixing it myself. I quickly responded with sending it back for replacement and asked for return instructions.

I've followed up five times over the last month with no response. Figure posting here might give me a response similar to last time.

Customer service and communication has really dropped off a cliff. I'd settle for an email that says we will get back to you by x date vs silence.

Seems really out of character in contrast to the past couple of years. I wonder what is going on.

Agree. I'm ok with waiting. They used to be super responsive and the quality of the products are great. Just don't like the radio silence. If something went wrong now, we are well past PayPal deadlines.
