I ship world wide, it just cost more to everywhere else. Orders in Hawaii, damn, that is cool as hell. Word of advice, get a 4x4 so you can escape all this planetary shifting ****. Alot of people think the worl dis ending in 2012. All the old civilizations are just warning us of a cycle that always happens. It is just basically them saying, "hey guys, ***** gonna go down but relax, itll pass" ... lol. F35=great. F22=scrap. I love both planes, but the F22 is waaaay over priced and has worse running cost then the F35. Thats what I saw on the military channel...lol.

Just wanted to say what parts I will be using as core components and what the kit will come with. I made add more options once I get deeper into it.

1. Garrett IC cores, since I will have different size cores for different applications.
2. Koyo rad that will be modified for vmount config.
3. hose techniques hoses because they are made from nomex and have a higher rating at 500F instead of the normal silicone hoses rated at 385F
4. T-bolt clamps for IC hoses, non-perforated worm drive clamps for rad hoses
5. oil-cooler relocation kit with possible new/better oil cooler, mocal or earls
6. ducting based on what I see
7. all hardware
8. curtosy polish, (does not remove deep scrathes, I just make it shiny for you guys)

If any of you guys have questions about my work, take a look at my vm install instructions for my fd vmounts. picture heavy.

checked out the website....wow, that FD is THE DEAL!

Fortunately for you, there aren't nearly as many constraints w/ the FC as the FD, you couldn't probably build the FC kit in the time it takes to install the FD kit, lol.

Can't wait.

Well as much as I would like to give military specials it would be unfair to the other guys. However, If your one of those guys who is out there on patrols getting shot at, I would be willing to give 100 offf extra to you guys during the first GB on these vmounts.

So I have choosen My rad/oil cooler/fan set-up. I will post pics once it is installed. I want to keep a record that I was the ifrst to do it like this so when someone tries to copy it, people will know that I was the original to do it the way I am going to do it.

The oil cooler was not in the ideal spot for the vmount, I would like to put it in the back like I do on my FD vmounts, but then I could not offer a ps cooler upgrade.

So I found what I was looking for and it is a very nice and efficient set-up. It will be good for all 3 vmount kits.

Going to twin oil coolers like the FD is a completely different set-up and I will offer twin oil coolers for the FC.

If you decide to get twin oil coolers with the vmount kit, you will end up with 3 oil coolers...lol.

Hey, if you placed the oil cooler in front of the rad in your vmount, you are not the first to do this.

Just letting you know

In your pricing can you include a price without the oil coolers. Also have you chosen a thermostat for the oil coolers? Mocol makes an excellent one.
Thanks Robert

2fierce, lol, I know I will not be the first to do it, but I think that what I have decided on it pretty nice. It should work out quite well. Besides, I thought in stock form the oil cooler was already in front of the radiator.

fc3s91, the normal vmount will not have additional oil coolers. The way I will have it set-up is that it will replace the stock oil cooler with a bigger one. There will not be ab option to get rid of the upgraded oil cooler. But you can use it to cooler transmission fluid or what ever else you want it to hold if you already have a kick as twin oil cooler set-up.

I already use the mocal oil thermostat in my FD oil cooler upgrade, you can see it on my site in the FD section. I will adapt that set-up for the FC.

yah, on my vmount which is a one off, I have it mounted flush onto the rad in front, that way when the fan comes on the oil gets cooled too. this saves weight and keeps things simple, because in a dual oiler cool setup (without fans) the oil tends to get hot when idling, or doing cool down laps.

PM me your email and I can send you pics of my setup to help generate ideas. The one in my display pic is actually the old setup.

2fierce, I guess ill let it out of the bag.

The radiator I will be using comes from pwr which also has the oil cooler along the entire bottom of it. It also has the fan shroud assembly on it too. This unit alone is 900 from pwr, so you can get an idea what adds to the total price of the kit.

Sooo,

RX710thAE, I'm sorry. we can not use your koyo core.

that sounds like a sweet setup. Glad to see someone taking initiative, if this was around years ago, I would've gotten it for sure.

Thanks 2fierce.

J-Rat, the kit will not limit how much HP you can make, your pocket will....lol
I said earlier that I will have 3 kits so that the customer can chose which kit will best fit their application. If your targeting 300whp, you do not want to use a core that is good for 500whp all day long. You will have lag (not alot) and during time attack and touge driving it will show. Oh, I just saw your stats for your 10AEFC, you know what I'm talking about...lol

For all three kits the brackets and radiator and oil cooler will be the same. I may include a p/s cooler kit as an option. The p/s cooler kit (power steering) will also help keep the pump bearings cooler during the twisties. Only thing that changes between all three kits will be the intercooler size.

So....... Do you guys an AST supplied with the kit.

I will have the fabricator weld one on just in case for those of you who do.

just wondering if you would be willing to split the kit, say if someone want to just ge the rad/hoses.

Also is this going to be a tradition 'vmount' or will the intercooler be horizontally mounted for a vented hood?

Fleemer, I do not know if I will be able to split the kit yet. I need to see the completed project before I say yes. I may have to design it where it is all integrated. Traditional vmount? Once the kit is built I will see how much of an angle I will give each unit. But I need an open gap in the back so that at high speed a preasure wave does not build up in between the cores which will cause turbulance and reduce the air flow going through the cores.

If you want a split kit, Rotary Works already has a FC vmount set-up. They sell the brackets seperately as well the other units.

Does your kit work around the center frame support? Or do you have to remove the support?
Thanks Robert
