So you go to the gas station and get ready to drop in 4Oz of Idemitsu premix and what do i notice.
I'm F in out of Premix. Great!!! I was on my last quart and forgot to order some more.
Where the hell do i get Idemitsu in San Diego on a moments notice.
I do a quick search online and found the cheapest to be around $86(case) and change for delivery and tax and ****. Has the price of Premix gone up since i purchased last???
Long story short i ended up buying a case from the trusted Mazdatrix online around 2:30pm on thursday for $51.20 (total all included) shipped ground and sure enough the case showed up here at work the next day!!!!

What price- what service.

well I want be using them anymore.I have probably dropped at least 5k with them and every time there is something that always comes up.I got double charged on my credit card one time that took forver for them to figure out.So after that I get stuff shipped cod.Well last year I order a koyo radiator,racingbeat exhaust and a ton of other **** I get an email saying to much to ship cod.ok here we go again so I charge it.Well I am just now getting around to putting the stuff on the car and guess what no exhaust gasket for the exhaust.I email them and I am first told oh ya it should have came with the exhaust.A week goes by nothing so I call,No sir it does not come with that gasket its 61.00 wtf ok so last week i make an order for cod for the gasket and that was Saturday.Today I get an email saying we do not ship any orders under 50.00 wtf

Its little **** and big **** like charging me 2 times for an order that I want ever deal with them again

 

just wondering have you ever spoken to them in person regarding the FUBAR. I have dealt with them for years and have had great result & service.
Keep in mind that they are family owned and operated since the beginning(you get the typical run around with sorry *** employees). I'm kinda surprised at the poor experience you have had with them!!!
