What's wrong with shipping companies?
Rant On:
I have had 2 shipments screwed up this week.
#1 My new engine was supposed to be here yesterday (thursday). Called yesterday it was at the Charlotte Terminal. Ok, I asked them to mark it "hold" at the augusta terminal, soooooo where is it this morning?
Greenville. Go Figure!
#2 My new bumper gets shipped to the wrong address, so now I have to wait for it to be shipped back and then shipped to me again. Not like I wanted to paint it this weekend or anything...

Cause they are stupid?
Man, talk about a rant...
I ordered some airline tix through Yahoo Travel (Travelosity in disguise), and I find out I could not take the eTicket option - first time this has happened to me in over half a dozen times I've done this.  Fine...  Welp, FexEx 2nd day was the CHEAPEST method at $14.95!  A 4" x 10" piece of 100# card stock is going to take $15 to get to me!!!  Pissed off #1.  Yahoo Travel gave me a tracking number so that I can check the status (paid for yesterday).  So today I check the numbers, well, what do you know - it arrived within 5 miles of me at 10am THIS MORNING.  What does the status say?  Basically the package got their too early, so they are sitting on it at the delivery hub!  WTF???  Pissed off #2.  That did it - it was bad enough I hated UPS to begin with, but FedEx goes on the **** list now.
I realize there is a logic to this, but having customer tracking where the customer can see all of this shoots them all in the foot.  Why can't they be nice and skip the extra day?  The customer ends up happy, and you remember good things like that!  No, they gotta be dumbasses and dictate protocol to you...
Hope you're all having a nice day, causing having the flu and going through this **** makes me want to go back into bad and don't want to wake up.
