Banzai Racing thumbs up up up!!!!!!

yeah so, its currently 20 to 10 pm here and i just got done having a convo with one of the guys over at Banzai about how fucked my **** was, im pissed that my **** is fucxored, but am really happy with the service of this shop!!! i don't know any other business that will stay up this late to help u out and make sure ur pointed in the right direction, first they helped me inspect the spare parts i have here to determine weather or not its even worth me sending them, and on top of that they even sent me some eBay links for replacement parts instead of just pushing there inventory on me which would have ended up in a lot of time searching and/or money in the long run.

i recommend Banzai to any and all rotards looking for great service and prices, ill let u all know just how kick *** my motor is when i get it back, in and have them tune it up for me!!!!!!

hey were all human and make mistakes, who else would have paid for u to go get them fixed?? most would have said return them, pay shipping and a restocking fee and we'll give u the rest!

so i would say thats great customer service right there and would lead me to deal with them again, knowing that when they make a mistake the take the initiative to correct it at there dime says a lot about a company....but thats just my $.02

Banzai is definetely top notch. All my transactions were smooth and customer serivce was premium. They are up there with mazdatrix, racingbeat and corksport.

actually that what they basically said, but since Im in Australia,I had to negotiate something different as I would of paid for shipping 2x and out of pocket majorly.

Im not fully baggin them, their communication was great, just that one product in that condition was horrid... Im glad they stepped up and at least listened to what was a better option for both of us.

I still would not deal with again. Which is sad.

If they had taken a second to look at the item before they send it to me, they would have binned it, and sent a new one. And saved them self a lot of trouble. Anyway all in the past now.

Thanks for the kind words guys.

Just for the record, Havoc insisted on keeping the set of 13b-re brackets because he needed them. We bent over backward to try to help this guy, now he still insists that the transaction was "horrid". He did receive a set of brackets from us that were sub-par, that had defects from our fabricator. However we refunded him the amount to have them rewelded. We even waited for him for the several weeks that it took him to get back from the outback before he could have someone there quote him for the re-welding.... Just can't win with some people.

We were actually in the process of changing vendors when this happened and now have the brackets are laser cut, tig welded and plated. So what havoc received would never happen again anyway.

All good mate.

I didn't say the transaction was horrid, just the original product I received. Everything else was above par.

Good to know you have changed suppliers, the new product looks even better.

It was just unfortunate how it all happened. Can't win them all I guess.
Good luck in the future.

I bought the poly motor and trans mounts as well as the 13b-re oil cooler lines and block off plates from them and they appear to be top notch. I might be buying another set of block off plates soon though since I seemed to misplace my original set.

yeah, same here. thanks for the Xmas card Banzai!!! Wishing the same to you 2 as well! And I'd like to point out that it wasn't some cheap little card that you get in a 100 for 5 bucks pack. This was a big and very nice card that was hand signed by Chris and Elaine.

Me too. I don't think I've ever done business with a better company. I just wish they sold everything I would ever need for my car.

1st time ordering from them, picked up oil pan brace and BOP kit. Shipped out on a Saturday, which amazed me. Customer service was above and beyond 99% of other shops out there. I'll be ordering more stuff from them shortly. I
