Could be flooded. Could be clogged primary injectors. Does it start for a brief period if you sprayed starter fluid (1 to 2 seconds at most) into the intake cowl?

Sounds like its running on one rotor, disconnect one set of leading and trailing plugs and see if it still starts try both rotors

You could have lost compression or the injectors for that rotor are clogged or not properly mated to the plugs are couple of possible causes.

easy, you can hear during cranking that the motor is toast.

don't waste any more money on it unless you are willing to go to the next step.

you cant physically spin only one rotor, the rear rotor is blown on all 3 faces, its rebuild time.

the engine is still toast, but you can keep throwing more time and effort into it if you want.

and hey, i'm sorry i had to be the one to tell ya but i hate seeing people pissing in the wind. i've built hundreds of 13B's... i think i can tell when you got a rotor that spit some seals out the exhaust. half that engine is going to be recycling materials.

feel free to IM me if you want a rebuilt engine, but i have a feeling you won't be.
