Hi guys,

This is my first post and I need some info about rx7. I know very little about RX7 and rotary. How many injectors does a rx7 have? How many cc? Top or side feed? High or Low impedance?

I am currently looking for 4 x 550cc top-feed & low impedance injectors. Does any RX7 have these? Sorry for these question, I am just can't find any on the web.

Which generation?

The third gen has four injectors total.
2x 550cc top-feed primaries
2x 850cc side-feed secondaries (used during boost)

The first gens are carb'ed.

I don't know about the second gens.

 

the 1st gen aren't all carb'd... the GSL-SE have
2 x 680cc fuel injectors... low impedemence... 2nd gen 86-88 have 4 x 460cc low impedemence... and the 89-91 2nd gen have 4 x 550cc high impedemence...

 

87-88 Turbo models have 4 injectors

all are 550cc low impedence injectors

why not just go AFTERMARKET... saying that you do acquire a GSL-SE 680cc fuel injectors... remember its an 18-19 year old injectors... when you can buy a new one for about $120... GREDDY... sells them... I'm sure it'll fit... but just call up somebody though.... RC ENGINEERING should be able to tell you everything about injectors and if it fits or not... http://www.rceng.com/ and get their number and call them...
