Oil pressure problem

hi

i'm recently having a Oil pressure drop problem on my car. The thing is i made a long trip to NY ( 5 hour drive) and the more i drive the lower the pressure when i'm cruising. I just put a quart of motor ol like 3 days ago. so the oil level should be fine. I'm runing sigle turbo but stll using a stock gauge.

Anybody have any idea?

thanks

witt

Probably the sending unit. Notoriously weak! I just bought a replacement from Mazdatrix after trying to go "cheap" from AutoZone, etc.

dale clarks web site has a good right up on the pressure sender. that is your problem. oil pressure is never a problem in rotarys. youll get hit by lightning before you have low pressure

I have that problem too in my 2 Rx-7s 3gen . so I'm think that it should be the sender , cause I rebuild one engine , and I know that it was compleate new , and I have the problem.
And the other one was a Pettit Racing Stage 4 engine , with everything inside with 3000 miles on it , and it have the same problem.

So It should be the sender.
