has any1 seen the new g-tech RR???! freakin SICK. but how accurate r g-techs... anyone know? i think im gonna get one, but i kinda wanan know if they work.

I would like to get one to, even if it ain't supper accurate. It has three G sensors, so that increases it's accuracy by a lot, compared to their first model.

I'm not really into those all the much...I'll go to the track and get the times. I knew a guy that had one once, and he claimed to have an 11 second 3000GT.......

 

lol that IS a bit far-fetched.

 

Actually, once they are calibrated, they are fairly accurate (as far as times). The trap speeds are generally a little off from what I've seen but I think that's due to how 1/4 traps are calucalated verses how G-Tech does it..

I would like to see how it handles multiple laps on a track. Will the G-Meters get out of calibration.. or will the mount remain stable in a Prod Car environment..

The original G-Tech (I have) is fine for around 10-15 Runs.. then you need to re-calibrate it. (If it didnt overheat LOL)

This looks to be a FAR cry from the original... and likely worth the 300 Bucks.

 

My friend has that same G-Tech. He always brag how accurate it was...

 

My gtech documentation stated accurate to within 1/100 of a second...I beg to differ, sold that biatch on ebay lol
