Before you say everything is messed you need to do a compression check. You don't even need a tester to do a generic one. Pull the fuel and spark fuses, EGI and whatever else, and then pull the front plugs. Crank the engine and see if you hear nice pulses. Then do the same with the rear. This is a generic test but it will tell you if things are really messed up.

Also, when you say it runs fine after 3500, does that mean it has the same power as it use to? If so, then I highly doubt the engine is messed.

did a comp. check the front rotor is good 3 good jumps to 75 psi the rear rotor has one jump to 75 and two jump to 25psi so i am fucked but what is funny as hell the power is the same after 3500 rpm so could it just be stuck i hope

Yeah, I never say I am fooked until I am 100% sure I would do the ATF in the engine trick a few times, maybe even let it sit for a few hours and then rotate it. My friend had good luck pulling off the exhaust and scrubbing the seals with a brush.

Good luck!

Hmm... I wonder if the centripetal, centrifigal, whatever, force at the higher RPM's is pushing the seal out?

Then again it could be his primary fuel injectors!

That could be but his compression is bad so there must be something internal causing the low pressure.

Yeah that could be, his engine is probably getting tired and it's time for a rebuild.Might as well as get it done and over with.He probably still has good rotors and housings so it would be worth rebuilding.
