89 FC sometimes starts but dies when given fuel

Hey guys, first time posting here. So my FC is an interesting one, im the third owner as far as i know. the first owner was drifting it, the second owner was dragging it and now i got it. its got a turbo II trans, BNR stage 3 turbo, giant unknown intercooler, and an apexi exhaust system. power steering, AC and emissions are all deleted. When my buddy and i first bought her we went ahead and

deflooded her, drained the old gas, changed the battery, spark plugs, plug wires, oil, tested compression, added MMO thru plug holes and hand cranked for a while, and she started up and idled for maybe 5 minutes until we turned her off, im wishin we let her run for much longer than that. before this night she did run only to move across a driveway from the previous owner to show it to potential buyers, one guy looked at it in the morning at 9 and it started and ran but then when my friend and i came at 530 pm she would crank but not start. before this day of moving in the lawn she was driving real smooth and at the drags before they parked her for 6 months. fast forward a couple months to now, after that first initial night working on her we ended up rebuilding the rear suspension, brakes, and got new tires. also replaced the fuel filter, and sent our injectors off island ( we live on Guam ) to be tested, got em all cleaned out and newly installed along with a new starter, alternator and a fuel pump switch located just behind the drivers seat. now all she will do is crank for days and sometimes with the fuel kicked off she will start and idle, then when we kick the fuel on she dies. i do know that one of the reasons the second owner put the project on the side is that getting into the harness and the ecu was too daunting of a task and he was being deployed and had no time. he left her with his build buddy and they basically just needed to make room for their other projects so we have her now. we have spark, compression, and fuel but no dice on idle, if any of you guys can help that would mean the world to us. Thanks!!
