Question wont start??

last night i was driving my s4 turbo II home and i was in like 3rd gear and i floored the gas and noticed it was running lean on my wide band gauge but it was running ok...so i made it home and popped the hood and it smelled like gas under there but it was dark so i couldnt see anything so i figured id check it out in the morning...well i went out today and the car would not start at all...i have a fuel cut of switch and that made no difference when i tryed to use it.. and there is no visable leaks anywhere..i have a new fuel pump new injectors new filter and all new fuel lines on the engine..im kinda lost on what could be wrong so any help would be much appreciated....thanks

Have you checked for:

-fuel? Pull a spark plug and make sure it's wet
-spark? Pull a spark plug and lay it against the fender. Crank the car. Spark?
-compression: Lean is generally bad under boost. Did it blow?

Didn't you just recently have an issue where your SAFC had come unplugged and was giving you issues? maybe you should check the connections again.

Also, if you have the time, hit me up on AIM tonight.

you can test to see if you have 12V to the pump by probing the connector or wiring. pull the cover and crank the car. see if you can hear it running. could be a loose wire at the pump and temperature changes can cause a secure or loose connection.

ok...whatever it is its not letting the engine get fuel because i was cranking and cranking and i pulled the plug and it was dry then the next min it started but seemed to run lean when i was boosting it...its tuned to run mid 11s a/f and now its high 13s under boost so the only thing i can think of that could do that is wiring or fuel pump..am i right?

Put a jumper wire into the fuel pump test connection on the pass. side front under the hood. It's a two wire connector next to the green 3 wire connector. Pull off the fuel line and direct it into a suitable container. When you turn on the ignition, the fuel pump will..., well.. pump. If not, then check the connector at the fuel pump for 12v. and a good ground. If you've got power, then your pump is going south.

ok ill do that but like i said its an on and off type thing so that will be hard to diagnose... im thinking more towards a wiring or relay problem but i dunno...

it starts up now but when im driving in third gear under full throttle around 4500 to 5000 rpm it runs lean i have 720 secondaries and had to take out -6 fuel from 3800 to 7000 on my SAFC for it to not be too rich...now i can put it to +20 fuel and it still runs just as lean WTF!!! i tested volts at the fuel pump and its only geting 9 volts is that normal?
