That sounds great. I don`t need new lights until April-May next year so I hope you got a kit ready by then

Using the Dentist's car for an examble:

You will notice the center high beams are blocked on the inside preventing a wide beam but a narrow beam is what is needed, so that's ok. Allthough projection would do a better job.

If you look at the outer low beam you will notice becuase of the size of the lamp it has partial obstruction for the wide beam pattern that is necessary. Using a small 50mm Hella HID would lift up the lamp and slightly move it towards the inside.

Some pics of the brackets and lights, more of a reference for Ramy. If any of you have any suggestions on how we can modify the bracket, we need to save about 1/4" so you wont have to cut the frame. Parts will be off to the fabricator during the first or second week of January.

attachment points

I was thinking if we use a skinner projector/housing/lamp than we could save some space. Currently using some big *** IPF lights.

Notice the cut into the front bumper. We are working on not having to cut the frame, but you will have to cut the front bumper. The only way to get around that is making the bucket shorter/smaller which will look un-proportional.

currently, is all you have to do is trim the frame? it doesn't appear you have to cut out a whole section like you do for RE lights...

My only request is that you guys provide a stencil (for lack of a better word) that we can lay out and line up with the hood and fender so that we can know exactly how to cut the front bumper for the cleanest end product. Sorry if this was a stupid (i.e. obvious) thing to say, just wanting to cover all the bases.

Thanks again guys.

If you go back to my original post, you dont have to cut no where near as close as the RE lights. Maybe 1/4" to 1/8". Definitely not a problem going back to stock lights.

Pure, what type of fitment do these lights have? Any gaps whatsoever? If so, will you guys be improving on the design? I'm still interested
