Interested! I have the Knight Sports Kit right now, but always wanted a set of Run Racing Head lights if I were ever to go with a flush look.

Well, I'd honestly be interested too *IF* you guys can manage to get around cutting the frame. That's just not an option.

This is still in early development, but anything is possible; we will definitely be looking into modifying the bracket/lights so you dont have to cut the frame. This is NOT like the amemiya kit where you need to cut 3 or 4 inches into the frame; it is less then 1" of cutting and I would have no problem going back to stock lights if I wanted to.

Fog light? Does that not use seperate low and high beam lights? If it uses a dual beam and fog lights, please clarify. I am a maybe. I love the kit but would like it modernized. Would at the least like projector if not HID. Since a new mold will be made then with some more initial effort the holes can be widened or shrunk and the brakcets modified.

I love the new RE-A headlight kit but I beleive it on'y works with the wide body kit. Notice they modernized it with the winker lights. I'm not sure if that can be done or if anyone even wants that added to the RR kit.

Oh btw, that pic above with the Run Racing hood is the San Fransisco Dentist's car. I beleive he had the first set in the US. He was at the Endless booth at sevenstock years ago.

Thanks buddy I plan on adding re-amemiya pro fender mirrors (you were my inspiration) and sanai side-skirts to help the car flow from front to back. I will paint the hood as well. Suspension is in the works and it will be really low.

Sorry should clarify this, each side consists of two lights, one will be a fog light that i want to make removable so you can use it for an cold air intake and the main light will be HID. This will be like this on both sides. We want to make these less than $1000 for HID.

^ So the HID will be dual beam then? I already have some Hella mini HID fog's i've never mounted.

I was going to sugest that the low beam can be a Hella 50mm, which can be either centered or placed higher so the top line matches the top line of the larger inside high beam. I don't know if it will help with the light pattern, but it should help with the clerance with the brackets in the back. The high beam could be a projector with a regular bulb. I beleive the projectors have a narrower beam and a regular buld would keep the cost down.

I, for one, would like to lobby to get this going as soon as possible.

Pure: How many people do you need to commit before production gets under way?

Production wont begin till January at the earliest. I need this to drive back home with in December. When I get back in early January then I will take everything apart and begin production. I also need to meet with Ramy and finalize everything. This thread has close to a thousand views and a lot of people interested so I can definitely see this being produced.

That's good news, keep us updated. Post pics of your choices of lights to be used. I'm all for quality, hid projectors would rock.

I'm still a maybe at this point. I will wait and see, but if it's going to be a single low beam and a a pair of fogs then i'm out.
