This thread= FAIL, I haven't checked it in awhile, but I'll bet in 6 months there still won't be any pics, prices, or product. Prove me wrong-PLEASE!

Oh, that sucks. I love those lights. I'm not sure about the low beam pattern width not being blocked though. That's too bad, both the Rotary Run and C-West carbon are excellent concepts that need to be modernized. If you copy the mold exactly then you need lights that fit exactly. If you take the mold and then change it making a new version with modern dual bean HID and pencil high beam then you have improved, modernized and made your own original version.

If you can make either C-West or Rotary Run style kits using both a single HID low beam and a single halogen pencil high beam, then please put me down as customer #1.

If my engine was running, I would be working on a set myself, along with some Porsche LED turn signals. Hella makes mini size HID lights.

 

Three months, no comment. I'd say this thread needs deleting.

 

I Spoke with Riz this week about reproducing a set of knight sport Head lights with NO knowledge of this thread & he told me he is going to be reproducing the Rotary Run Headlights.
He also told me he was making several versions but the hold up is with his (FRP fabricator) I guarantee Riz will come through he always has for me & many other board members.

If he can get a hold of Corvette lights, he can chop those up. Meaning cut off the turn signal section and cut the housing to fit, but the design will be similar looking to the C-West but better with HID's.

The Run Racing should work with Corvette lights as well. Cut out the section needed then someone with fiberglass skills can mate them in to the Run Racing, then they can make a mold.

I'm sure the brackets would have to be made first to test the light pattern (to move the lights up, dow, in, out, etc).

 

I'd really like to hold out hope that these will become available, it's frustrating to follow along with no feedback.

 

id totally buy these, not to mention i know another 1 or 2 people in my city that would as well.

This is still happening. If it doesn't for some reason, I will keep the lights for myself. No intention to sell. I bought them in the first place for my own 7.

I have refrained from updating as I don't have anything solid to update. I would've preferred to close this thread, but I don't have the ability to do so. The next update I plan on providing will be details on the sale of the final product. I can't comment on when exactly that will be as we are still testing.

I am and have been very interested, I really hope these make it into production... Id even be willing to buy one of your pre-production versions that didnt make the cut and modify/fix them myself... If this is possible let me know. Thanks

These have been a year in the making, any news?

 

Getting the *final* product this Thursday. Will do one final test-fit and if there are no issues...we'll be ready to sell. So, essentially very soon.
