If this is true then an apology is in order. I was not intending to cause any offenses, just trying to help.
I've run into so many people on forums that assume stuff and de-preciate other's work that I thought this was one of those instances.
My sincere apologies to NOPR.
DelSlow...Still impressed

In all seriousness, I wish we had more forum members who conduct themselves just as you do.

haha no worries. Its true sarcasm is hard to read on the internet. I (like crispeed) just get a kick out of all the people who seem to think that the tools Nate has access too are what make his **** so awesome, and anyone with similar access could whip out the same stuff. The truth is that his charming good looks are the key to his power.

I'm a little worried about the intake manifold clearance too. When I made the exhaust manifold I didn't consider that I might be doing a PP. I have some 2.5" CLR bends, but if I can't make it work I might just make a long-tube exhaust mani and put the turbo further up. I am starting on the manifold tonight, so we shall see.
As for the machining stuff, it's really not that difficult at all. Having the right tools really does make a big difference. I would be willing to bet any technically minded person could learn enough to do this stuff in under a week. Most of the machining is done on manual machines; usually only get to use the CNC equipment for irregular interpolations and such.
^I'm not quite sure what you mean about the manifold design, I can just loosen one v-band clamp and clock the compressor in any orientation I want. That position was the easiest to route at the time.

I really really like that oil pan! You should make them for 13B-RE/REW's. You would make alot of people happy.
I am going to pick your brain a little bit in the next few weeks. I will PM you tomorrow about your build up, I need to read through some more.
Good job so far. Top notch work!

^ I'd be happy to answer any questions you have but remember that I'm not exactly sure what some of this will do. Hell, it might not even work at all.
Anyhoo, I got the intake manifold tacked up, still have a shitton of welding to do. The intake manifold does fit, but it is very close to the turbine so I will make a spacer for the turbo and make some heat shielding. I will be relocating the alternator to the side of the motor. I also have to machine the fuel rails and mounts; I should have those finished up this week along with the throttle bodies.
A few pics, thanks to Furloaf for being a welding fixture monkey:

Amazing work! It's refreshing to see an engineering student who is just as capable with their hands as they are with their brains. Most of the Eng guys at my school are just nerdy geeks who happened to be good at math and science and who couldn't assemble a barbeque, let alone do what you have done!
What kind of people do you work for that let you use all their equipment?!?! I used to work at an aerospace manufacturing company with about 50 different CNC machines and if I even asked to use their equipment, they'd probably fire me! I have so many designs I want to machine out of actual metal! You're a lucky SOB, that's for sure!!!

Are you going to be running this on pump gas, or just going to go straight methanol? I did not read through if you were using an intercooler or not?
I guess I can pick your brain some once you get everything running correctly and you have gotten the car tuned. The though has crossed my mind to do a periphreal port turbo setup in a 76 Cosmo, but like you said there is not much information out there for P-port turbo setups.

Intake manifold is 95% complete, I ran out of gas over the weekend so I wasn't able to finish welding on the injector bungs. I still have to weld on two vaccum bungs after the TBs as well. I don't like the way the fuel rail mounts look, so I will be doing some more machining on them and using different bolts. After that I just have to finish up the throttle body linkages and make a new intercooler pipe and the intake will be done.
