I promised NOTHING!

but here are a few anyways. I didn't get as much done as I wanted to, of course, but these are going to have to hold you over until I can finish putting everything together. I addressed many other issues since my last update, but I will wait until I have finished installing them before pictures.

I machined a vacuum distribution block out of a piece of aluminum. 1/8" NPT holes for nipples, -6 bungs for TB bypass and brake booster. The set screw provides idle control, in theory, by bypassing the TB between the plenum and post-TB runners.

He actually goes to the university of cincinnati with me. The shop in the pics is at his co-op job where I used to work as well.

Since everyone else has been posting about the amazing work, I think I'll point out something a little less obvious. That turbo could almost swallow that alternator 0.o

You're a lucky man, I'll be doing the exact same thing when I head off for school. Wanna send over the solidworks file for the intake port? =D

Installed fuel cooler and finished up all the fuel lines. Should be ready to fire up after a bit of wiring.

where did you get that fuel cooler from? Never seen one that style. It would be interesting to see how well it works ... Also aren't you a little worried that it might get caught on things down there?

I picked up the fuel cooler for $3 at a scrapyard and welded steel fittings on the ends. It is just a stainless steel tube with aluminum fins wound around it. No idea where you could find another; I have never seen one before or since.

The fuel cooler looks a lot like the cooling tubes used on air compressors.

Awww hell after seeing this stuff I'm going to just throw all my crap away. It's all junk relatively speaking.

Delslow, from one MS ME to another, beautiful work.
