I promised NOTHING!
but here are a few anyways. I didn't get as much done as I wanted to, of course, but these are going to have to hold you over until I can finish putting everything together. I addressed many other issues since my last update, but I will wait until I have finished installing them before pictures.
I machined a vacuum distribution block out of a piece of aluminum. 1/8" NPT holes for nipples, -6 bungs for TB bypass and brake booster. The set screw provides idle control, in theory, by bypassing the TB between the plenum and post-TB runners.
A1000 fuel pump, with pre and post filters.

I will count this as your birthday present to me, since today is my birthday and this is awesome.

Since everyone else has been posting about the amazing work, I think I'll point out something a little less obvious. That turbo could almost swallow that alternator 0.o
You're a lucky man, I'll be doing the exact same thing when I head off for school. Wanna send over the solidworks file for the intake port? =D

I picked up the fuel cooler for $3 at a scrapyard and welded steel fittings on the ends. It is just a stainless steel tube with aluminum fins wound around it. No idea where you could find another; I have never seen one before or since.
