Theres a few out there.

Most FC owners use

Haltech -- E6x - E8 - E6k
Microtech --
Wolf 3D -- V4 now is more popular

then moding a apexi power FC * you need power FC + datalogger + conversion harness so it gets more expensive than it seems

then theres

Rtek 2.0 very good option if you want to keep the stock turbo
megacum also very good option if your very handy or want to blow up your car.

haha just kidding.

megasquirt is a very good option for the money , and the new updates impress me alot for the price.
