need help with tuning and or wolf3d

ok i have a 84gsl with a 13bt swap running a wolf3d v 3.1 so i am having a butt load of fuel delivery problems. i have 2x 550s for primarys and 2x 1200s for secondarys, my fule pressure was giving me a bunch of crap so i used a porsche regulator for now and its set at 43psi. so i would atleast think the injectors would fire, the only way i can get it to do a damn thing is to take off this vaccum hose and spray a nice load of starting fluid down there and then crank it for a long *** time.

it caught for about 30 sec and it held around 2200rpm but as soon as i let off the starter it dies. i have been adjusting the Ms of the injectors too for cranking rate, cold start and just about any other way i can try. even with it running 10% duty at cranking rpm it wont catch on its own. can someone help out? suggestions or anything

ps i cant change it back to the stock t2 ecu cause i dont have the wiring and or the ecu

thank you!

well with a standard piston gauge it read a high of 120 psi or so on all 3 sides of each rotor. so its fairly even

Well that is not a problem then, and spark is not a problem if its firing by pouring fuel down it....

Are you getting injector signal at all ?.........It is hard but you may have to rig up your primary injectors and turn the car over and see if they actually "squirt" during cranking?

I remember yo saying that the plugs seem wet from fuel, so then if this is the case then it is confusing to say the least.

What setting do other WOLF users use for cranking with those injectors?

One stupid question is your fuel pump running during cranking? If it does not your fuel pressure can drop a fair bit almost to 10psi if the engine does not catch on the first few attempts.

What is your cranking ms?
Does you fuel light stays lit while cranking?
Do you have a black square beside the rpm while cranking?
Did you check your timing with a timing light?

well on the side of the wolfd ecu it has led lights on the side and there working fine and im not getting a error count for the crank angle sensor. i set the timing as the wolf manual says and with the L1 wire i time right on the white line on pulley. my cranking rate i usally keep it set around 10. Ms but i have tried pretty much the whole scale. all the way up and down. and the fuel light is light on the controller.
i set my fuel pump off the battery with a fused toggle switch so i can trouble shoot it and so its a anti-theft sort of thing too. i really dont like firing the injectors into a cup but i geuss thats the only way to tell what the hell is going on. ill have to get some more starting fluid

ok little update, today i went and undid the primarys to see if they actually were firing as the ecu showed. well it delays in squirting fuel for about 5-10 sec when i initally turn the motor over. then they start firing nice spray pattern and stuff. but it still wont catch under its own power i checked the injector plugs too to see if a wire was messed up or something.

are you getting a crank input signal?
the engine won't turn over until it registers at least 150 rpm during cranking, if not then you need to adjust the crank angle sensor.
check your cold enrichment, this function is f-ed up and there ought to be redesigned. I hope they've redesigned it for version 4D. Anywho, make sure that it's at least 30, and your cranking fuel is between 9 and 10.
another obvious thing, make sure the fuel filter is not clogged.
maybe you're getting too much fuel and foulding out the pluggs. good luck.
