The OFFICIAL post pics of your Drift Car thread:
unfortunately i couldn't get my car running in time for yesterdays event, so my buddy whos car i spent so much time on getting to run (that i ran out of time for my car) let me drive it. it was his first event so this photographer didn't upload a whole lot of my shots because frankly i was killing it in his car. lol
welded diff, cut springs, an a 7m with 10k on it. felt good to have some torque!

cant wait till they upload some more. i really like the car.... too much.

that's why my car wasn't running
worked on it ALL NIGHT LONG, 5am comes around and i finally get a chance to try and start it.... no dice. switch to n/a injectors real quick (the turbo injectors were off a jdm motor that sat for a long time, worried they were sticking) and still no dice. give my buddy a call at 5:30 and tell him i need to run his car. clean up, threw all my tools and ish in my civic and hit the road.
it was fun rolling into the pits in the civic. everyone was like wtf?

my n/a motor, threw all the turbo stuff on it.
long story short; shop i work at has an s4 car, OSAKA MOTORS sent a s5 motor, motors were swapped with s4 sensors on s5 car, and so all the s5 turbo parts are left over.
my car: s4 turbo and intakes, jdm s5 injectors (from jdm motor), FD bps, jdm s5 maf, jdm s5 ecu. no emissions equipment. s5 throttle body w/ tps (from jdm motor)
i put my n/a injectors in there basically to troubleshoot the problem, so im thinking the problem is the tps. the tb was filled with crap when we got it and i just sprayed it down with brake kleen and wd-40 (throttle plates were sticky) so im going to try to source a known-working s5 tb. another event this friday! last event at that track for the season.
