like said above:
Seat, steering wheel, GOOD CLUTCH (you'll be kicking it constantly) diff and about 60-70 psi in the rear tires.
FWIW I went 15x8 and ran 205/50/15 with 60-70psi and it felt OK.

Yeah I got like 3 full sets of tires, but yeah ill try 60psi probly first see what I can do,
Yeah I just got my steering wheel yesterday, looks sick!! Its deep, a seat would be very ideal cause the leather seats don't exactly hold you in place.
So when you guys starting drifting you just rip the ebrake, and pop the clutch??

LMAO! in a nut shell... ya thats what you do... but it takes time to get all the timing down.
and everyone is sayin LSD... you are driving a vert... na vert at that, id honestly weld your open diff for now. its a more reliable for sliding (imo). and you dont have enough power to blow it up.
as for everything else, everyone pretty much covered the essentials.

I don't know if someone already mentioned this but your vert has the worst gear ratios possibly for a NA RX7. I think they are 3.90s or 3.73s and all coupes got 4.10s except for the GTUs and some turbo models which got even lower.
Swap in a coupe diff, welded or LSD, and go have some fun. SEAT TIME IS KEY!!!! Can't stress that enough. I've seen people throw down with cut springs and worn LSDs and you'd think they had the best of everything.
1. A good rear diff (so you can atleast practice)
2. Seat time, seat time, seat time.
3. Coilovers with camber plates (stock 7 camber = understeer)
4. Angle mods like rack spacers and later knuckles.
