thanks for your post! it means alot, and is encouraging to keep going when others benefit by this! i appreciate the kind words!

i have justin to thank for me getting an FC, so i'm with you on the whole "inspired to keep it" thing.

ever since D1 '07 i've been in the rotary game. but didnt really get too involved in building my first fc till late '08. blew up some motors, and got a deal i couldnt pass up for my old car, and now i have this one. lol.

stick with it, you'll get where you wanna go! it's all about your dedication.

for sure man! im new to the whole rotory scene so im nervous for when my engine blows! but she isnt too bad for now. you deffinately have an advantage being in a more populated area though. you have great friends and great hook ups! helps out a lot (especially from what i read!) so that is always something to look forward to. you scene down there is amazing! is saw that video from in the parking lot and it was car after car after car and they all looked "tuner" whether or not they are all drifters, its still nice to have that many supporters and on lookers that just enjoy cars. i saw at the begining of your thread that you are down to give advice with other drifters and was courious within my journey with mine if i came to you for advice if you could help? i know you got a busy lifestyle down there. just curious. thanks man

oh and by the way... the flake on everything is classy! made me laugh everytime i saw more added! hahaha and sorry for the long *** message :p

Updated Pics from the last month!
finally got around to uploading everything.

After we got it running, we had to work out some bugs, and when the injectors came in, i got to it.
Sent out my 550cc injectors to RC to get rebuilt. they came back looking fresh!

Fresh LIM and turbo manifold gaskets from area77!

Doing the swappings.

Braided AN line without the AN fittings. semi ballin... not really lol.

Turbo back on

Forrest's bomb stitch welds, and my sketchy coil-overs with the stock mounts all rigged up haha if only it had camber plates, it would be on the grounddd!!!!

Garage Tune shield

Walked outside to go driving, and noticed there was a pink little pony sticker on my car... pretty strange, but i kept it? lol

Forrest **** spindles

During the swap i found the reason why my camber was so far off thankfully it was only the lower ball joint. the kid i bought the car from wrecked it into 2 curbs when before i got it. both times i got to see it, and really it wasnt too bad, but here are the pics. im really surprised the they bent. (seriously the car is so much more consistent during transitioning now)

Look at the actual metal part, and not the endlink/balljoint)

Spindles installed. pic of the angle (note thats not the full amount, due to the steering wheel not being held at lock... thats as far as it would stay on its own...)

(bricks lol sketchy jackings!)

Chris picked up a GoPro Hero HD Camera, with the mountkit.

My beezy in a daze from the flake at XDC!

First wash/testdrive after the rebuild.

thanks! i flap disc'd the welds smooth, and painted them with rattle cans, and that rattle can mazora clear paint. lol i forgot which race was for the wheel bearing (didnt pay attention and truly didnt care knowing the brakes would cover it) and just taped it off fast...

the ackerman is off alot, and i notice it on low speed stuff (like parking, and backing up) it tends to "push" more. but i like it. not spinning out is pretty cool, makes me more confident to get nutsss! i might see if he'll re-cut them, because theres alot of angle left to be had yet.

i checked my IS to see if my car could have this mod done, but our spindles don't really have much room to shorten. our angle sucks though.

Made it to the VD 19 practice event on friday, drove hard all night, and came back saturday for practice, and qualifying... then it happened..
with an hour and ten mins left in the last practice session before the drivers meeting for qualifying, my exedy clutch decided to die off. (all day, and the last few runs on friday i noticed clutch hydraulic issues/noises, or so i thought.)
come to find out not only was my clutch in pieces, but my throw-out bearing was completely seized.

yosh took this pic of james with garagetune working his *** off under my car (keep in mind i was running, and just came in off course and we got to work) everything was still super hot.. in the rush of the madness, i think this may be the only photo taken.
Paul (eakine) was posted on the jack, ray (mickeymouse/whitecomet) was on the other side getting the starter off, kevin phil & james were banging out the driveshaft/downpipe. there were so many people helping... idk where i was in this pic lol.

Awseome thread, I wish you the best of luck w/ the rest of the season (although it doesn't seem like drifters create their own "luck') . This has certainly been an inspiration to get my **** finished and start restoring the seat time/wrench time balance lol.
