dude omg yes please save them for me.
i cant do anything till sunday though. i have to get my car ready for tech/qualifying on friday.

******* RC called today and said i had 2 bad gsl-se's that i just spent $100 on basically, so now i have no secondaries cause i traded my 2 good 550's for them, and no time to send any others out to get the car broken in before friday.
FML. we're already paid, and paid for a booth....
seriously im going to be up for like 3 days.

just got the car done 45 mins ago. did an interview for a locl radio station today for XDC.
**** was a bust. i shouldve spent that time working on my car instead... but whatever.

i have 2 nexxens, and no other tires, and no one in town has nexxens in stock, so i'm SOL. probably going to have to roll llantera's tire shop tires for saturday if i qualify.

wish me luck guys.

i drove terrible. i'm so dissapointed in myself i'm honestly contemplating selling my ****.
i did the worst i've ever done, and i honestly feel like ****.
so embarrasing.

You think you're embarrassed?
My buddy with the S13 next to you didn't get in either and he's Ksports drift driver.
Then my other friend in the purplish S13 got double Zero's on the qualify runs.

**** happens.

Turn one was insane for everyone.

thanks guys..
youre friend was doing good! we did some runs together.

**** happens i guess. im mainly pumped the car didnt blow up.

i kept ******* mis shifting upshifting 3rd on that transition, and my first qualifying run some one spun off course and brought a gang of rocks and **** onto the rumble strip so i started washing way off line. no excuses, but i kinda freaked, and got on the brakes hard, and spun mid corner. i shouldve focused but was too busy trying to "show off"...

i want to go to balcony this weekend but am thinking of putting the money towards making my car safer. i dont want to blow it up.

Bad day? how about going to Atlanta, breaking a trans and blowing up your flex-a-lites and fixing it on the hot paddock because Kyle Mohan's (who I will say is a super nice guy) team stole our pit, then after all that still qualifying 35th for FD and not running.

John Wagner - **** sux, I was there

At least you didnt blow up or wreck.

My buddies were saying the upshift was a pain in the *** if not done in the right spot/angle. We saw a bunch of miss shifts by everyone.

It was a tough track

It was a tough track
i would upshift right as soon as i hit the clip on the first corner, to push wide, and make the next corner, but i kept sinking it right between 3rd, and 5th gear and revving my motor high as ****, cause it would go in, just inbetween gears.... i kept doing it litterally everytime. the only time i could get it into 3rd was when id do it slowly, and by then my car would be straightning. it was super in-consistent feeling so i just stopped trying, and would clutch kick 2nd gear millions of times trying to extend.
the main thing i really kept screwing up on was the big transition. usually i transition via clutch kick, and flip fast from lock. just what im used to doing lately... i would do that, and then be screwed trying to extend because i'd have way too much angle, and be pushing to the ***** line, so i'd ebrake trying to extend, and seriously i was looking retarted. lol

if i could just enter the first corner good, rev to the sky and let the clutch out in 3rd, it would be perfect for the rest of the course, and drop back to second. but i just didnt do it right in qualifying.... it happens. i wish i had tires to go to balcony this weekend to practice some, but i'm trying to save my only set for the pro am's next month...

You were running some big tires in back too right?

I usually run 225/235 for high speed courses.

my sponsor bought 4 brand new nexens for this event. they were 235-40-18's.

first time i've ever driven on brand new tires... i ran 70 psi (was scared to blow them out cause i've never experienced running high air psi in them, only with federals, plus couldnt afford anymore, so i left it at 70)
im used to running shitty half killed llantera tires.

due to my aggravation in my driving ability last weekend, i'm going to balcony sat. morning for the justdrift, and vegasdrift practice event. never driven there, and having watched videos of forrest and justin killing it there, i thought i should go get some more seat time to progress, and try out new alignment settings.

i put on the camber bar tonight, and tomorrow going to put on the satoru spindles, and get the alignment done at euroasian motorworks. then i have to source a trailer, and drive out sat morning....
