Bet that was nasty smelling. I fortunately didn't break anything or get a ticket. Better than last year when I toasted a rear wheel bearing.

Hey Phil,

it was on 28 heading back towards Charlotte, once it had opened up to two lanes. I wasn't using my Valentine1 because on the way down it had been going crazy all through NC, sounding off every 10 seconds or so and was basically useless. Not sure what the deal is with that, might have to add it to the list of broken stuff, lol.

Update on my problems, the mysterious buzzing seems to have vanished. I'm wondering if it's not the diff brace and it's close proximity to my humungo exhaust......

After cleaning and waxing the car, I now have a nice spider web on my front bumper (paint) from hitting possibly a small stone.
