Phil, you are an Asian god among men... you and your Alabama crew deserve mad tyte JDM props for doing this not only for yourselves, but for everyone else who is not as dedicated or too lazy to put one such an awesome event.

Your rotary prowess shall be vaulted to legendary status... and you name shall be spoken as if you are a myth and will make people wonder if you actually do exist...

In other words, Thank You.

Once again, a sensational event and one that should be used as an example of what to do and what not to do. Thank you Phil for all the great memories for all the years to come.

Phil and your crew; thank you very much for your countless hours of personal life sacrifice to organize this event. You doing so, afforded me(and many others, I'm sure) the opportunity to meet like minded people. I tried to talk to as many people as I could. EVERY SINGLE person was absolutely awesome to talk to. Phil, you truly have set the standard for how a meet should be done. Thank you everyone. See you next year.

As posted in the other thread.. Thanks a ton!

Gonna have to bring the "fast" race car for that one.

The lil 1st gen ITA is the slowest of the cars.

Phil and everyone else did an amazing job this year. It was definitely the best Rotary gathering I have been to. The whole event felt much more focused on the attendees. I was very pleased that the weather worked for us, too.

Good to hear! And good to see you moving abouts without an issue. I and other MRCCAL guys were worried about you after your accident.. It was great seeing you... except I didn't have much time to chat @ the event.

As an organizer, I wished I could of met some of the other 7 owners and 8 owners.. wished I could of checked out people's cars in detail... Its bit frustrating today in that i don't feel good in general (physically) and listening to people bitch is just making me NOT do this event next year! My wife told me tonight saying its not worth it.. But when I read this thread, it kind of does....

Anyhow, I'll be making my decision about DGRR 2008 by end of May.

If I do do it, It will BE different!
