I live all if 15 mins from the dragon, had 7's for 3 yrs now.. and never went..08.. im there.. this past year i had worked the night before i was dead..

THP and LEO are cracking down the Dragon during the weekends. I just got off the phone with Topoco Lodge and apparently its pretty bad up there..

I'm still working on fix rate for this event and Its going to be hard to keep it under $75 for T-Shirt, Banquet Hall, 3 meals, slight profit for myself , and materials for the carshow.

I know.. My guess is that 150 people shouldn't be a problem.. Only issue next year is that I'll be responsible IF 150 people don't show up!!

Its going to be a gamble this time as I'm pretty much changing quite abit (for the best I think?)... I'm still waiting to hear back from Fontana about food though..

Just so you guys know, Food anywhere around Deals Gap will be expensive!! I've called Topoco Lodge (too small for all of us) and they were more than Fontana... I'm trying to lock in for $35ish for 3 meals.. Buffet style(but NOT all you can eat!).

I want to hit 100 interested party before moving foward. This would help me get support from vendors and I'll feel more comfortable about organizing it!

As of now, registration will be around $60-$70 for this event... which will include 3 meals, Tshirt, carshow, door prizes, etc..
