It's widely understood in customer service avenues that positive feedback is not provided in any comparable percentage to negative feedback. This doesn't mean that positive experiences don't happen, it just means that we only hear about the people who have problems with the system. You haven't heard much from the thousands of satisfied sellers here on the forums either have you. That doesn't mean they don't exist does it? Some might call it selective feedback.
YOU should be the primary impetus of this change since is is the moderation team that doesn't understand why folks are putting up such a stink about the forum rules they've already agreed to.
These rules and definitions of habitual sellers should be boldly stickied in all forsale forums in an effort to save yourselves the time of explaining to someone why their FS thread was deleted. I've not seen this happen so I don't understand why you think this issue is dead and resolved.
Well I see this thread has turned into lounge fodder. I'm done, sucks we can't have serious conversation on the matter.

I don't know if it was said already, I am not going through 200+ posts to find out.
The monthly rate of 200.00 is absurd, and some of the Admin/Moderating staff has agreed about the rate being absurd. There is not alot of money in the rotary game to be made, and IB does not understand that at all, so they look at the amount of traffic and base the rate upon that.
This is kind of like beating a dead horse already. Should it be sent to the glue factory now?
The monthly rate of 200.00 is absurd, and some of the Admin/Moderating staff has agreed about the rate being absurd. There is not alot of money in the rotary game to be made, and IB does not understand that at all, so they look at the amount of traffic and base the rate upon that.
