Track car build, not sure if there will be many fans...lol.
Thanks guys. Was supposed to be in the Sigma series & CSCS this year...but that didn't happen due to several set backs. We are still hopeful to make one track day before the season is gone. A few updates:

Finally finished the big brake adapter. It still needs fine adjustments & final shaping, but functional for now.

AEM SmartCoil mounting plate...thought it'd be cool to mount them on an angle.

1. Wilwood racing brake fluid
2. Blue rivets for the Lexan rear glass which FINALLY came in.
3. QA rod ends for the roof wing

Got that GT Wing so we are refinishing it. Decided to paint the stays in gunmetal

The wing is CF but was painted black. So we decided to see what was under the paint. The mounting bases are near perfect, hopefully the same goes for the wing, then all that's left to do is re-clear everything

Aaaaand, some more CF! APR Formula GT3 CF Side View mirrors

A few more minor updates...let's start with the van:

We decided to re-paint her in white with a Kamen Blue flake.

You can sorta see the flake dazzling in this pic

All put back together. Rims now bronze and did the calipers candy red.

Blacked out the front grill

Got a turbo manifold (water-cooled...which i find extremely fascinating), turbo & down pipe from a 4g63t from an Evo IV. So instead of using the skyline turbo i'll be modding this to put on the h22
.
Now for the teg, sadly, haven't had time to wire her up yet, mainly since everyone seems to want their fenders rolled...but i'm not complaining
. However, I really want to allot some time to get this thing running. For now, here are a few minor updates:

Coils all mounted up on my custom aluminum mounting plate

From another angle

One more...

Taylor Racing wires. This pic is purely to show how the blue wires look against the white VC. They are cut to length wires and the 90* plug sockets on the coils will be replaced with 180* plug sockets.

And we decided as we had extra clear, why not re-clear the CF roof wing (which I am also making adjustable) with the Kamen blue flake.
That's all for now folks.

Some more updates on the race car. She's still not running yet, still troubleshooting some bugs, but making progress nevertheless.

All the plugs wired, just need to splice in to the AEM EMS and then loom it.

Shortened the plug wires. I think it looks pretty wicked!

We got around to installing the wing
We then Prepped the Flex-A-Lite Rear Windshield for install... instead of painting the trim black, we painted it gunmetal to match the wing brackets. Came out pretty awesome.
Finally, installed the lexan and wing... I'm in love. GT wings for all my cars! lol

Well, we got our AEM Series 2 EMS & it finally happened...she lives! Just need to work out the idle links, but she runs smooth! Can't wait to start tuning. Beginning to wonder if the old ECU would have worked, because we were still missing spark, until we turned off knock control, then it was just...magical
