lol

But yea I'll be booking ASAP, we're already past the biggest discount, next cut off is jan1st I think.....but I'd have to check.

Alright, count me in for sure. I can use the vacation to reward myself for getting my trade certification. I'm also working on getting a few other Bruce County rotorheads to come along. I'll see if I can get them to commit before the new year. If not I guess they can sleep on the floor.

Sure will. You must go. It's alot of fun. I can bring my laptop with some pictures. ClassicAuto has all of the video's and more pictures then I which this time when we go down again I will make sure I snag all of the 2008/2009 vid's and pictures from him.

We'll likely leave on the thrusday (apr 15) in the afternoon from windsor - where a bunch of us usually meet. Split the drive up between thurs and friday, get there firday early afternoon.

We're there until sunday, depending on exactly how ambitious you are you could get home sunday night. I might plan on getting back at some point monday, run the dragon on sun. and stay at a hotel somewhere in between. Have to see what happens as far as a free night like we had last year.....if it happens I'd like to take it sunday night because monday the dragon is EMPTY.

Okay, you got me interested but I've never heard of this before. I've been to the tailofthedragon website. It shows on their calendar that April 16-18 is the Chrysler Crossfire weekend. (But I guess we can share the road...there isn't that many Crossfires in the world.) And Google Map shows it to be about 10 hours from Windsor.
So how can I get in on the action? Do I book a cabin? What cabin? Any cabin? Any hotel/motel? Where are you crazy Canucks staying? And why do you have to register? How do you register? I'm sooooo confused?

If you don't register you don't eat, you don't get a shirt, and you aren't really included. You also can't get a cabin since Phil books them all for registered attendee's. You can attend the show and hang out, but the banquet is only for registered people.

That's what we're here for. Hope you can make the trip. On another note, my Rx-4 is heading to paint tonight so I'm on schedule so far to have it done in time.

Nice!

Cabin's booked. We're in #180 this year, don't have to go as far up the mountain. had 220 the last two years and tore up various parts of our car's driving the hill Tonnes of fun but opted for an easier way in and out this time.

So far - our cabin is booked. Ian, daniel, marco, buggy (name?), mike and myself will be occupying it. I've also arranged our extra day to be sunday night - which means we can run the dragon monday when its empty.....last year on our monday runs I don't think we saw more then 2-3 other cars, way fun.

Cost per person with 6 of us will be $100 each. can't beat three nights in a swank cabin for $100US.

Now....do I bring the FC or FB.........

To all my buddies in Canuck-land:

if anyone wants an IRP-specific product, like the upgraded alternators, engine mounts, you name it, please PM me and we'll bring parts down with us. I know shipping can be a real pain in the patooty for you guys, and at the Carlisi meet in August I brought parts with me for Alex, Gerry and a few others to pick up.

Can't wait to you ya'll at the Dragon, eh ?

Awesome, good thing I booked the tuesday off too. Also, having the lower cabin sounds good. The front cross member on the Rx-4 pretty much drags on the ground with the 2" drop I've got in it. Bring the FB so then we will have a vast array of rotary powered vehicles from all of the different generations. BTW you can fill Bryon into that name? spot.

Well then hopefully we will be able to get trailers like we wanted because I can't imagine if you tore your car up how bad mine will be with its ground clearance.....

What happened you scraped the ish out of your muffler and bumpers?

first year was bad - my front lip scraped on everything and got pretty much destroyed.

Last year it was fine, either because I was luckier, more careful, or the fixed the spots, I don't rememember!

I have no idea how you 2WD guys made it up there though. I tried going up in 2WD once and did a burnout around every corner when the car picked up the inside rear tire.

Where's cabin 180? Got pictures or a link?

I sure liked 220 and will make sure I visit you QC guys up there at least once, if only to read the guestbook.
