This is the first time I've wanted to live in Ontario. Then I could be on the stickers. They look good. Nice job.

I'd say my chances of coming now are more like 50/50 and not 100%. My ride and planned vehicle for while I was down there bailed on me so now I'm scrambling to get my GTR together and plated on time. I have all day tuesday to get it done, so here's hoping. I may just book down for thursday night or try and caravan with some of you guys, I have NO idea yet. If all else fails I can take my DSM, it has 400 horsepower and blown suspension so it should be a blast at the gap (not).

Anyways, last minute stuff sucks but I'm trying to get it figured out.

^ my co-pilot still has not got his passport from Washington, dam F.O.B. it down to the wire.
I'll bring lots of extra RX-7, or 8 of Canada but the guardrails are for the local guys just to say we've been here. But you can sign a sticker too just not The Ontario ones.
I well not scratch anyone till early Tuesday eve, but that's it. the sealer has to set! Monday night 7's going in for corner balacing and a alignment another down to wire.

I'm a wannabe too, or a has been - aint now - will be, but it will just the be FD soul in my Austin 1100.
I had a pain in the *** doing my brakes on the 8 today (I never knew the caliper was so complex with the threaded piston/bolt) and the tires I was to pick up were not delivered yet. They will be mounted tuesday with a 18%off discount, that I bargained for.
A prettier version of what I was doing to my brakes and the tire peddler.

All of this was in rainy Detroit with a dead cell phone, and four bucks.
Happy Easter!

Buggy, I'm pretty sure the GSL-SS calipers are different. The SE had larger brakes so I doubt they would bolt in. Thanks anyway. I'll keep looking locally but I've pretty much resigned myself to not going this year.

I just checked the weather and it's supposed to rain all next week too. Boo.

yeah, I do have a miata that I was going to take, but I'm still missing the parts I need to make the suspension road worthy. There's some worn out bushings in the back that give it "interesting" handling.

also are you on facebook? Add me.

Mike and Joe, I've arranged it that I'm going to come to Kitchener Wednesday night and stay at a buddy's place. I say we meet at the Tim Hortons on Homer Watson just by the 401 exit. What time do you think we need to hit the road by?

I will be picking up NEO somewhere in Brampton/Mississauga and heading to Kitchener. You want to meet us in Brampton/Mississauga?

BTW, I will be away for the next couple days and limited access to net but keep me posted.

That's exactly what I was thinking. I'll likely be there a bit earlier just to grab a coffee and some food. I'll likely be having a few beers the night before...... but not too many. Rx-4 + hangover = DEATH!!!!!

Ya the Rx-4 made it back together in time. I really got nothing done on it since last year. A few little odds and ends along with that aluminum flywheel. Still rocking the 4 speed too. Should make for an interesting trip. I won't be setting any land speed records on the interstate.
