Alternative uses?

So since so many guys here love their RX7's on the track I thought I'd try it too. I took my 7 to a track day for the first time this past weekend. It was great. Loved every second of it. Here are some pics

Well I had half bald all seasons on but it was very predictable and I could keep it in first the whole time. The only other car I drove was a fully stripped and caged rally datsun 510. It was far tougher to control and just didn't have the pep the 7 did. It was a blast!

I live on dirt roads so that was nothing it hadn't seen before. Nothing got injured, just muddy. A little mud never hurt nobody. It was in pretty good shape and still is, just a little dirtier is all.

Only bitchy thing about the corse that it is usualy used for mini baja. They added chicanes before the jumps but almost ever car bottomed out there suspension there.

The 510 was a mean machine.

Did you fix your window wipers?

Lol that looks like great fun! How large was the track? How does one find out about such events?

Didn't you just buy a subie? Grow a pair and get out to the next one. Over half the registrants were subies.
