What's fast Fridays? Does that still go on? I'm still trying to find some more Mazda guys to meet up with in the KC area.

Love the swap man! I gotta see it in person someday maybe.

It's a car show at KC Trends south held every other Friday. Not sure when it starts back up again, but there's a Frozen Fridays tomorrow at that location from 7pm to about 9pm. All kinds of cars come to it. Ferrari's, Lamborghini's, Vipers, Bentley, muscle cars, imports, ricers, etc. you name it.

Nice to see another re out there.Good luck with the Banzi mounts they are way to thin and will bend. i bent mine the first day i had them on. So i pulled the engine taped the center iron and used the stock 2nd gen mounts the bosses are there you just need to drill and tap them.

And yeah, it'd be nice to get a small rotary group together this spring/summer.

drifting in drifting,
Haha yeah, I noticed that. The mechanics I was working working with said the same thing as well. They haven't flexed/bent so far but it's a good thing to keep in mind.

You have nothing to worry about we have been making 450rwhp for over 6 years and have not bent a bracket or broken one of our poly mounts. The stock motor mounts fail even on stock N/A cars, specifically the passenger side, this is well known. Drifting contacted me via PM me in 2011 making this claim, I asked him for pictures and specifics on his setup, never received anything. We have customers all over the world running high HP 13b-re and 20B setups on these brackets and only Drifting has said he bent one, then never backed it up with any proof or details. The only way I can see one bending would be if the car has no transmission mounts and /or crossmember and solid motor mounts. Funny thing is that our brackets are the same thickness as the factory bracket he says he has not bent, go figure.

Nice looking build BTW.
