Good question haha. I'll see if i can find a receipt or box or something to remind me haha. Will let you know.
Picked up my car today from Rotary Motorsport (tuner) at 15psi. Made 295hp but has a blocked cat so dies off just after 6k rpm. Wish he rang me during the tune i would've told him to punch it out. But oh well i was planning to get a new exhaust done anyway (though his fabricator was too busy to do "an exhaust" so they tried to send me down to a local guy but i'd much prefer to get it done by Nathan at Fabulous Fabrications as I've seen lots of his work in the flesh and its unreal.
Anyway, the car is running so much better. No hesitation, just revs up till 6-7k then feels like it hits a barrier. So really need to get that cat sorted out (going to go for a whole turbo back exhaust and go single exit with dual pipes. Should look & sound good
Turns out previous owner wired up the coilpacks wrong. Which apparently is pretty common because the power cable from microtech is black and he had put it to negative. Oh well.
Unfortunately I fly out this sunday and am away all weekend so nothing will happen on the car for 3 weeks but my friend was talking about taking my car to the fabricator for the exhaust for me which would be good. Otherwise, DTSS Eliminators should get done week i get back, and re-tune for new exhaust.
Ben from RMS told me my rotor has high comp which made me rather happy and has gotten the whole swap to piston motor out of my head, for the moment anyway. I asked about bridgey and its looking like 4k if i take block out before it pops. Or 5.5-6k if she pops beforehand. So obviously would like to get it done before rather than later.
I was thinking about taking engine out and shaving all holes. Deleting /relocating everything un-needed in engine bay/ tuck engine bay & do wheel tubs over the Christmas break. But now I think about it, I may as well wait a little longer until I'm ready for the rebuild and get that done at the same time.
Anyway. Thats it apart from I bought some tow hooks for front & rear, and a plush woody (from toystory doll) to hang off the back haha!
Cheers,
Stef.
EDIT: I also want to look into getting some air-ducting fabbed up for better flow into the radiator as temps are under-control at the moment but as soon as I give it some it starts to rise a little and I always prefer to be on the safe side. So if anyone knows anything about this please enlighten me with your informationsssssss.
Ta!

Been superlazy with thread, and car lately. Since i've been working away from home I havn't had heaps of time to spend on her.
But as you can see in above pic, last time i was here I removed the diffusers out of the rear tail lights, this was easy and i love the outcome. For those wondering, i just used a heat gun. Did both lights in about 30minutes.
Today I removed my rear hubs and tomorrow will get my old rear steer bushings pushed out and new DTSS Eliminator bushings pushed in and will put that back together. I have also finally sourced some S4 LCAs with Ball joints so I will pick them up and send them down to Primal Garage who are going to extend them for me and mod my knuckles.
Also ordered some Supernow Tie rod end kit which also has bolt on rack spacers.
Hopefully these will come before I come back from my next work stint. Which also should be my last ! Cheering, i'm over living away from home for work!
I also bought some Concave Concept wheels 18x9+20 fronts and 18x10+20 rears for skid wheels. So after knuckles/LCAs/rack spacers, dtss eliminators are in it & a tune / new exhaust, she should finally be ready to get some seat time and start learning to drift ! I'm getting very keen.

fixed?
DTSS eliminators in ! One step closer to being drift ready.
My friend photoshopped my car as a vert. Wishing so hard now that my vert was registrable ! Would look just like this !

i think i like the look of yours as a hatch more then it as a vert, although as a vert you would probably have a nice roll bar or cage so... either way its a sweet rx7
