I am also going to try on some 295/40/15's for fun just to see how they look.

Yea these wheels are pretty sweet!

I test fitted the wheels real quick on the car and I will definitely need spacers for the rear. I hurt my back at work yesterday so I won't be able to take pictures or put the tires on until next week probably, I can't even walk right now

damn alex, that looks like it fills the widebody pretty well. got the same tires but in a 265. my biggest concern was the sidewall height and the change in gearing due to the larger circumference tire...at least for now since i'm still NA.

Yea it looks like it fills it well. I still think i might need a spacer, the wheel is just sitting there, i could not get it on due to the tire hitting the fender.

Matt is coming by this week to look at the kit and see what he can do body wise, I'll let you know what he says. I'll also try and come by this week to pick up those irons from you.

What size tires do you think this widebody is running?

Its been awhile

I was recently robbed at gun point and shot in the abdomen, so not much work has been done to the car.

Hopefully I'll have some more updates before the end of the month

Thanks

My red FB wouldn't start one morning so I decided to take the train in to work around 6AM. I get off at my stop and about a few blocks away from our warehouse a black male starts following me. He then comes up behind me with a gun to his side, grabs me and says "Give me everything or I'll shoot you in your face".

I plead with him a little and start taking my book bag off and taking my phone out of my pocket. Once I took my phone out he grabbed it, and that is when I lunged at him trying to take him down to the ground. He gets one arm free, turns and fires.

Amazingly the gun was pointed at a downward angle, missing vital organs, and then fracturing my pelvis.

The police were unable to find the shooter

That's focken terrible, man. Sounds like you were definitely very lucky. I can't believe people think it's worth getting killed / doing prison time for the few bucks and things someone might be carrying. Again, very glad to hear you came through and are still kicking. Incredible. Shoot me a PM, I'm going to be passing through your way soon. And be careful out there, mate.

Pic of kent body

Hey Alex

The car in the pic looks like it has 285/40/15. Most of the wide bodies in the 80's ran that size or a 345/35/15. I had one with 15/11 revolutions with 345's. wish I kept pics of it.

Thanks for the information!!

285/40/15's would be nice to get a hold of. From what i have read, it looks like they are no longer available.

The CCW's on your wide body look great

New wing just arrived

I do not have much information on this wing. The company that made the wing deals with Fiats and at some point was racing a first gen RX-7. I probably wont use it on the wide body, its nice to have some extra wings laying around.
