Also, have you had any dramas with the camber tops giving no articulation for the springs? I recently got a heap of gear from RE-Speed shipped to Australia and am concerned about their camber top setup.
My rears were suppose to be 15x10 4.5 bs but the company that i went through screwed up 3 times trying to get the wheels. so when they sent me this pair with a 5.5 bs (0et) i decided i would just give it a go and test fit them, so now im just going to use these. so my front wheels will have more lip than my rear.

side note... my battery is in its new hiding place.

Is it wrong of me to be more interested in how the new fitment turns out over the sick turbo conversion?

hey jake, it coming along. trying to work out some bugs with the turbo setup. I've been messaging back and forth with Bad83 to try and figure stuff out.

Also trying to find a garage i can rent over the winter so i can continue to get stuff done on the car like the flares, lug conversion etc..

ha ottawa lovin, I don't go down Bronson. thats the only road i avoid. other than that as crazy as it sounds, my front suspension rides really smooth. i took my time adjusting it and making it ride properly and just look ahead at the road and you're golden. I graduated from carleton in december.
Duuuude. I was in Ottawa a lot a couple years ago, spent half the summer living right in town, destroying my suspension all over Nepean. That was before I brought my RX back to Alberta, while it was still stock.
I was living in Barry's Bay believe it or not. Had some fun drives in the winter, driving two hours back from Ottawa in six inches of snow, dark and windy with no snow tires. Who says a stock 12a ain't a winter car
I can't believe I never saw this beast you're driving!

Alright, so i finally got a full day of testing and tinkering on the engine.

I took the carb off drilled the secondaries out to a #44. put the carb back on. I set the timing at 10L and 10T (as racing beat suggests for blown rotaries) put in my better BUR9EQ plugs and took it for a rip. WOT is 11 afr and the damn thing pulls hard.

Drivability does kind of suck but when the gas is matted its awesome.

Now if i can find a garage for the winter i can store and work on the lug conversion.

i'm doing the 4x4.5"(114.3) lug and not the 5 lug swap. 15" wheels are more common in a 4x100 or 4x114.3

Lovely build. I have a question as I didn't see it posted. What radiator are you using and how is it mounted? How where the temps when you were driving WOT? Really looking to buy another RX-7 and I'm torn between an FC and an FB. I should say 'was' torn, as your car made me want another FB! It sits so nice! And I can't wait to see the way it sits with the new wheels and flares. Keep up the great work!

One more thing. Have you thought about a new front bumper for more airflow to the coolers?

Jose

i'm using the s2 stock copper rad with its stock fmoc. at first i didn't have my homemade dual e-fan hooked up so the temps would get pretty warm but after i wired in the fans the temp needle stayed solid at just under halfway.

i know how you feel about FC vs FB. i'm currently looking for an FC shell for my sr20det FC build. i have all the driveline including custom drive shaft, mounts etc., just wish there were more rollers or cheap completes for sale here. but i'm still keeping the FB and will put the flares and wheels on.

as for the bumper, it seems to flow just fine. it has a large opening stock and all the shrouding surrounds the IC where i mounted it so i won't be getting a different bumper. i want it to stay "stock" haha. but thanks for the complements and if i have inspired you in some way awesome.
