nice. This car has come a long way. Nice to see you driving, taking it to the drag strip and car meets.
Why such a big turbo, seems like that thing would be laggy for just cruising around on the streets.

HI guys
Car was dropped off last night for:
New downpipe
New manifold
New boost pipes
Fitment of new turbo
The flanges for the manifold did not arrive unfortunately, however the guy doing my car has an FD aswell that he is busy bolting on an hx55 Holset turbo and wanting to build a 10 second car.
So he luckily offered me his manifold that he has already made, along with the downpipe and the screamer pipe for the wastegate.
Only thing left to fabricate are the boost pipes
Below is a pic of his car with the manifold and everything bolted up.
PS: I am NOT doing my boost piping like his, however I am after the same finish.
Hope to get the car to the dyno before the 18th for a nice tune on pump gas and some higher octane gas as well.
Will keep you guys updated

So got the car back on Friday.
Everything together
Must neaten up vacuum hoses. Hard to route them with the turbo in the way.
Turbo blanket on
Air filter on
Need to sort some shielding out as my brake reservoir bottle melted from the heat then going to get it tuned and see what power it makes
Fuel system will be changed next month

Went passed a mate the other day to fit his OZ Futura's to his car the other day
Tried on some new rims :troll:
A pic of the bay
Big daddy puffer
Purchased an Innovate wideband from another mate the other day
So car went back to where the manifold was made as the turbo is heating up anything close to it. Melted Brake reservoir bottle, clutch slave cylinder as well as a couple accelerator cables
They are cutting up the manifold and re-positioning it for me. Should have car back before the weekend
My tuner is in hospital cut his leg and got infected might need to amputate the leg, so will be contacting Arthur from AJ racing (local Rotary expert) to tune the car for me one day. Need to find a dyno for him to tune it on first.
Also want to put the Rota's on when I have a gap
Thats all for now folks
