yup, its really irritating that the motor isnt painted, but since i didnt pull the motor this time, i'm just going to wait till i pull the motor again to do that
my neighbor came outside and told me:
"well you managed to make it more obnoxiously loud than it was before..."
and i was like YOU'RE DAMN RIGHT I DID

Hearing rotaries purr in person is completely different than when you listen to a recording. They sound way more ballsy in person

thanks for all the complements and support guys!
and yes she will be hitting the track!! I'll just be making my rounds to shows to satisfy the sponsors first, that way i dont risk losing the car the track or something before agreements have been fulfilled
so around mid/end 2013 you'll start seeing pics of her at the road course!!

well getting the last bit of my parts for the car now
Stoptech has really hooked it up for me...they're sending me their "Rear Sport Kit" for the car
Product Details
Its awesome, it comes with the slotted rotors, pads, and stainless lines
they also sent along 2 caliper rebuild kits for the rear calipers
and 3 bottles of their STR 600 brake fluid!!

EDIT: I answered my own question. This doesn't replace the rear calipers so there shouldn't be an issue.

well what can go wrong did go wrong...
Lost the compression on the rear rotor, dropped all the way down to 40 psi
its so weird, the motor was running really strong and well everytime i started it up and let it idle at my house...then the first time we start it up at the tuners shop, no compression on the rear rotor...
nothing changed at all from when we had it at my house, to when we got there...so strange
heres some pics of the drive up there and a video of what she sounded like when we were there

did you compression check the motor before you left for the dyno? It was probly already toast.. although everyonce in a while people get stuck seals after letting the motor sit for extended periods of time. Was the motor sealed up? or left kinda open?
Either way......that sucks man, very unfortunate. I'm sorry man... At least you can finally paint the block hahaha
