Finally was able to get the fuel system all setup, and the FFE parts are amazing!!
They fit perfectly, and the ports for the inlet/outlet of each rail has a beveled edge so that you can use o-ringed fittings for a perfectly tight leak-proof fit!! beautiful machine work!!
I'm almost there guys!!! 3 more fittings that have been ordered and i'll be able to hook up all the fuel lines and get her started!!! woot woot!!!

Those fuel rails are looking to good to be installed in a unpainted short block.

most of the companies using these new style injectors are essentially just Bosch EV14s
The companies selling them like Injector Dynamics/Five-0 Motorsports/Deutschewerks, etc... they sell them to you in flow matched bundles for however many you order
at least thats what i've discerned from my research

Well duty calls and i wont be able to finish the car this weekend
I have to help out some of friends at Simply Clean 4 out in Orlando, FL
But shes just about ready to start
got everything for the fuel system, so i'll be putting that all together on sunday
and also modifying the oil drain line from the top turbo which i found was touching the manifold
then my engine builder will be coming to the house sometime next week to plug up the wiring harness and starting her up
hopefully i'll get to tune her on friday of next week!!
got to take some motivational pics today that i thought i'd share with you guys lol

finally have some updates for you guys!!
well good and bad updates sadly
the good is that the motor is all put back together...
i ran into a massive oil leak because of the rear oil return flange on the block, turns out there was an edge there i couldnt see and the flange ending up resting on the flange and didnt seal against the block, so i had to grind down an excessive edge on the flange and put it back together...everything is perfect with that now
I also made my first attempts at starting which didnt work LOL!! didnt really expect more than that though lol
it sounds like the motor is flooded so i'm going to pull the EGI fuse and turn it over a couple times to get rid of the excess fuel, clean up the plugs and give it another shot tomorrow
PICS AND VIDEO!!
the last pic of just the exhaust smoking which was pretty cool lol

Are you running a PFC?
Have you changed the map for the 1000cc primarys?
What is your fuel pressure?
That seems like it is ready to start. You may need to add more fuel to get it running. Also, have you tried to open the throttle just a bit while cranking?
My car started like that on the base tune I had, I needed to add fuel during the cranking to get it to start.

Im running a PFC, but i dont know anything about tuning man
I had a buddy of mine come over and change the injector sizes and lag times, is that what you mean by changing the map?
my primaries are ID850s
fuel pressure with the vacuum line off the FPR is 40-41 psi
i thought i flooded the motor, i'll turn it over without EGI tomorrow to clear it out and clean up plugs, i'll make another video to see what happens
Great build. Almost done. Note with Injector Dynamics you're paying for Paul Yaw's patented diffuser spray tip that atomizes fuel far better than any other injector. The fact that it is installed on a Bosch injector doesn't make them any less special. They are very unique.
