Hey marcelo change of plans were going on friday to drop off the money not saturday. Thought it would be better to get the money there a day in advance for yah. Please let your mother know we will be heading in that direction if you anticipate that you will not be there to get the money yourself in your hands and she will.
Also a contract will be made saying that x amount of money will be dropped off toward payment of the car damage and that in another two weeks the final and last payment will be made and all money owed to you will have been paid in full and no outstanding debts are owed after that.

Today on Jan 12th 2008 myself and my brother made a payment toward the body work, next and final payment will be paid in two weeks, and all money and debts due to Marcelo Carrillo will be and have been paid in full.
Okay here it is This saturday Jan 26th will be the last and final payment and all payment due to Marcelo Carrillo.

sounds good, just let me know a few hours ahead of time and ill be good. and also just to clarify, this last payment is for whatever is left on the invoice correct. i dont have it on me but it was just slightly over 600 i think, 300 of which has been paid for.
The remaing amount to be exact is $320.00 the invoice amount was $620.00 in which $300.00 of it was paid last week...It's in the last contract signed by your brother from two weeks ago

Looking at how long it has taken i don't think this was over nighted...I just spoke with my brother about the details...he said he got there after 5pm at the fedex...I guess it wasn't shipped out till wed....so if anything it SHOULD HAVE been there today if not tomorrow...just let me know...I think tomorrow he is going to send the left over amount...i will check on that as well...I'm living a damn nightmare that i can't wake up from...I just want this over and done with...and put behind me already...
