Just to clarify, theo, you are still not permitted to buy anything on this forum until he is paid back. Was he refunded when the paypal dispute was closed? If so, please let me know. If not, please let me know when he will be refunded.

 

I still have not receive refund after canceling the paypal dispute.

I feel effy about sending the item to your new buyer. However, i just want to get this over with.

no he was not refunded yet, I will keep the money in my account. When justammie gives me a delivery conformation number I will send the full refund. I have 56.XX in my account at the moment.

I understand that I cannot buy anything until the refund has been received.

Justammie: I will refund you. I've come this far and it has been sold again and I have received payment. Just so you know though, like I said earlier, even if paypal did rule in your favor, they require you to send the item before you get the refund. All you are doing is saving me the 10 bucks I would have to spend to send it out again.

Roller: I will provide the refund AS SOON as I get a delivery conformation number, I think that this is fair since paypal would require him to send it back to me anyhow before the refund would be processed.

Update: It's been 4 business day since I received a pending refund notice of 85$ form paypal, I still have not receive the refund.

Please go back and read his post--he said that Paypal called the refund "pending until Wednesday". it is now Wednesday, so let us know what happens today. If its pending until Wednesday, then it will generally not be released sooner than that.

 

When refunding from paypal it usually take a while to hit your bank account, so be patient as long as you got the email that a refund has been done you should be okay.

 

Just receive the refund, thank you Mod and everyone else for their input.
