if i had a nickel for every time i have heard an opposing shop say those words, i could retire. Every mechanic has their own idea of what the right way is, some rotary shops would say that if you reused rotor housings which we all know is a very biased opinion otherwise there would be no inspection procedure in the fsm.
your car ran and drove fine before the other shop blew it up? I'm also a bit lost here. All i really see claimed is that he used substandard materials with no proof, not that i can make out even a single word on that shitty cell phone picture of the reciept or anything.
