J Auto owes me parts or money

Fellas, beware of J Auto. I ordered a bushing kit, brake bleeders, rear lower control arm bushings, and brake lines. The super pro kit and bleeders showed up but no control arms or brake lines. I called (multiple times) no answer and sent emails with no reply.

J auto is a long time distributor in the rx7 world and well trusted. Aside from the lack of communication I'm sure there's a reason why the rest of your parts haven't shown up. How long since you placed your order until now?

It may be a vendor delay, I've noticed some items they sell ship straight for the manufacturer. With that being said, I've never had an issue with J-auto or heard of others having issues with J-auto so i'm confident your issue will be resolved.

Yea, the initial part of the order was delivered within a week or so.
I didn't even think about trying Facebook. I'll give it a shot and see what happens.

This was my first go with them but I wasn't worried. I placed the order in early Jan. Initially I was just trying to figure out when the rest of the shipment was coming in but after I couldn't get ahold of them I figured something wasn't right. I wasn't sure if they were moving or off line for some reason.

Thats good to know about the direct shipment. I'm confident as well that I'll get the money back (one way or another) but I'd rather have the parts. Dealing with the wife is my biggest pain.

All I needed was a call back, email reply or text and I'd be good. Why have costumer service POCs if you don't keep up with them? Thanks again.

I wish I saw this thread before ordering parts from them. It's been a few weeks since ordering pillowball bushings and I have not received them, a confirmation number or tracking number and i'm only 45 minutes away from him in SoCal. He hasn't responded to email, phone calls, voicemails, texts, facebook DM and posts on his page.

I would not recommend doing business with people who have this blatant lack of communication.

Let's explore the option that maybe something happened to him. For such a dramatic change in attitude with how he operates after years of good sales..... something doesn't seem right

Has anyone heard anything? I’m getting ready to pull the trigger on everything for my rear end.

So far every single person has gotten their parts. Seems like it's 1-6 weeks depending. Took 3 weeks for my order to arrive and I'm in Thailand.

If you want communication, pay a little more and go to Sakebomb. If you want the cheapest price, J Auto might be worth the wait
