As I am sure a lot of you noticed, Alex Kirby has been scamming people recently on this forum. Over two months ago I bought a set of four wheels and tires from him and since then he has only shipped two of the wheels. I know that a few of the people in the Jacksonville area know him personally and I would like to extend a 100 reward (plus the shipping costs) to whoever sends me the last two of my wheels. well, i don't live anywhere near Jacksonville, which is why I am asking someone local.

 

My step-dad's son lives in Jacksonville. Post the bastard's info and I will ask what he can do to help.

 

Once i get his actual address I will be sure to give it to anyone who can help. I have heard that he lives in Swansboro, but he used to live in Jacksonville. something like that.

If you do get his address, send a check and self-addressed stamped envelope to his county's clerk of court, have them send the form for a small claims court appearance, fill it out, and return it. You wouldn't be able to appear in court to receive judgement, but it might light a fire under his *** to resolve this before the court date.

 

but what if he does go to court and i don't?

Without naming the parties involved, can you give us a rough breakdown on how you resolved this?

 

someone went to his house and got the wheels for me and shipped them for me today. pretty straight forward. i talked to him on the phone too and he even payed the shipping. seemed pretty relaxed and didn't put up any fight.

 

This forum really needs a rating system like NSX and Supra guys have.. Its hard to keep up with all the scammers and who's good.
