Air atomizing nozzle???

I have been looking for two weeks trying to buy a single air atomizing nozzle so I can build a water injection kit that does not require the use of a pump. Does anyone have a direct link or one for sale or do I have to bite the bullet and buy one from ispray and drill it out. I will only be running a max of 18 psi possibly. Thanks in advance for the help.

Check out howerton engineering for aquamist nozzles. I don't know if they would work in your application though.

Thanks but I no longer need one. I just built a system using a pump and it came out pretty nicely.

If your pump driven system doesn't work out, PM me. I have a part number for an adjustable atomizer that will work perfectly. Flows up to 900cc at 21psi. Building my own system as well.

I am thoroughly sold on the manual pre-turbo setup utilized by Rice Racing and Wannaspeed. I simply want to design my own kit.

I would have loved to build a manual system but I could not find the necessary parts to build that kind myself or afford to pay over $300 for it from wannaspeed. I'm running close to 1 bar of boost and it seems to be working wonderfully. My needs were met, although the atomization is not as fine as the manual kit. Still I have no complaints or can't say which one is better. I only can say they both work and that's the main think anyone is looking for in my opinion. My setup is a high compression s4 6 port engine with a hyrbid turbo. Still going strong with plans of upping the boost even more.

I hope your kit works out. For pre-turbo, maximum atomization is very important. Usually, the biggest fear associated is blade wear.

I also plan to incorporate the Aquamist DDS3 V10 failsafe and flow monitor system.

I wish someone would make nozzles for them small enough to be used with a pump to further reduce particle size. I have tried contacting both sellers that I have found here without much information.
