AEM Meth-Water injection risk of fire?

We all know that meth is highly flammable. Is there any risk of the car catching fire to a faulty hose of the WI? Do you recommend changing hose? Has this happen or just a urban myth?

most people seem concerned about meth shooting out of the BOV and igniting in the engine bay.
I run 50% water, so I am not really concerned about that.

Even so, I've never heard of the AI actually igniting. I suppose it is possible.

i'm no scientist, but I am pretty sure it can't ignite when diluted this much. When I get home, I'll pour a 50/50 in a cup and try to light it...

ya'll want me to record it?

Just be careful, methanol burns with no visible flame.

Personally, there's a minimal risk yes. As much risk as pumping fuel into your engine bay presents anyways.

Alot of racing sanctions only allow 100% water to be used as AI for saftey reasons.
